Head Office Facilities

Granite Construction Company is located in Electra Street, Abu Dhabi in 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of TESSCO Building. The Head Office is the Pivotal point of the company's operation headed by the Managing Director Mr. Armik Khosrofian.
The offices of "Director - Finance" Mr. Anahit Khosrofian and "Director - Finance and Administration" Mr. Armen Tatevossian are also housed in the Head Office.
All decisions of business development, commercial and technical nature are taken by the Head office and it serves as a backbone for all projects in and around Abu Dhabi.
The Company has decentralised the responsibilities to its various departments and has established various divisions in the Head Office viz Estimation & Costing, Planning, Design, Procurement, Co-ordination, Administration, for effective operation of the company. The central stores at Mussafah, Camps and Assets management also are under the control of Head Office.
The functional / Operational requirements of various projects' sites are fulfilled by these departments either directly from Head Office or by deploying their representative(s) at Projects' sites.
The Head office is the central point of IT infrastructure wherein the File servers, Database server, Mail Server, Latest printers / Plotters / A0 copiers are housed. The Head office is served by 12 telephone lines through private PABX system, a hunting data lines for remote sites connectivity and an ISDN line for mail server / digital routers.
