Granite Construction Company is committed to develop, establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) to provide Civil Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Services to its Clients in a consistent, professional, reliable and efficient manner meeting all contractual and regulatory requirements to enhance the Client Satissfaction.

Granite Construction Company will ensure that its QMS complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and the Quality Policy is reviewed annually for its aptness.

QUALITY OBJECTIVES

Enhance Client Satisfaction by fulfilling contractual requirements and maintaining highest level of quality construction services at fair and market competitive prices.  Listen and respond to Client opinion / comment on the nature and quality of the deliverables;

Maximize Employees contribution in achieving the Organization's Vision and Objectives by treating all employees fairly, implementing employee welfare measures, providing adequate training, and involving them in the quality improvement process.

Widen oru caapabilities by developing relationships with specialized Subcontractors through highest level of professionlaism, integrity, honesty, dignity and fairness.  Prefer local Suppliers (Vendors and Sub Contractors) for outsourcing of materials / services, and reward competent and reliable Suppliers with more orders.

Minimize the negative impact on the environment caused by the Organization's activities by improving work methods, optimum utilization of raw materials, safe handling of construction chemicals and implementing best possible waste management practices.

Sustain, where possible improve, Operational profitability by improving the utilization of resources and the effectiveness of Quality Management System.  Demonstrate the capability to adapt and realign the direction of the Organization to achieve its Vision and Objectives.
